To be able to handle your request as quickly as possible, we need the following documents and/or pieces of information:
- policyholder’s name and policy number (if available)
- a copy of the policyholder’s death certificate or equivalent document issued in the policyholder’s country of passing
- a copy of your ID (passport or driving licence)
