You can update your email address, correspondence address or phone number in the ‘My details’ section of your online account.
If you paid by card and want to make a change to your policy or cover, you may be able to do this in your online account. Sign in and select the 'Change my policy' button for the policy you want to make changes to.
You'll be able to tell us about the changes you want to make, get a quote and make payment or get a refund, depending on the changes.
If you purchased your policy using another payment method or you can't make the change you require, you can contact us via our digital assistant, available 24/7.
