There are two ways to reset your password.
If you've forgotten your password, you will need access to your email and also the mobile device detailed on your policy. If you do not have access to either of these, speak to our digital assistant
If you have access to both, enter your email address on our Sign in page and select 'Forgot your password?' when you're asked to enter a password.
A password reset link will be sent to you by email if you've chosen to receive multi-factor authentication codes by phone or to your phone if you've chosen to receive multi-factor authentication codes by email.
To change your password from within your online account, click on the 'My details' section.
Select the 'Edit' button, enter your current and new passwords and click 'Save password', then your new password is ready to be used next time you sign in.
