You have a 14 day cooling off period, allowing you to cancel your cover if necessary. If you cancel within these 14 days you’ll only be charged for the time you’ve been on cover. Outside of this period, you'll receive a proportionate refund of the premium you have paid, less any set up fees and the cancellation fee as set out in your Terms of Business Agreement.
