Without auto-renewal, you risk having gaps in your cover which could cause problems (and additional expenses) for you if a claimable event were to occur.
We’ll send you an email 21 days before your renewal date to confirm your auto-renewal. You don’t need to do anything if there are no changes to your policy. Otherwise, get in touch with our team and we’ll help you make any necessary changes.
You can opt out of automatic renewal any time before your renewal payment is processed. To opt out, or discuss your renewal, message our digital assistant.
